Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on orders starting 14 days (2 weeks) after the package has been delivered for domestic orders only. Please keep in mind that the items cannot be used if you wish to return. We find that we have remarkably low return rates and we are proud of our products. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns.
The original shipping costs will not be included in your refund. However, for US residents, we will be happy to offer you a prepaid return shipping label for your returned order. Kindly include your order number, which product(s) you are looking to return, the reason for the return, and whether or not they have been used.

Yes, we deliver worldwide! Please note that delivery time frames quoted do not include any delays experienced with customs clearance at the border or local carriers.
All international orders (outside of the United States) can potentially incur charges such as customs, duties, VAT, etc., upon their arrival in the destination country. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Rekonect Inc. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming from outside of your country.
It will take 5-7 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do not ship orders on the same day. (For example, if you place your order on Friday, it will likely ship on the Thursday or Friday the following week).
A confirmation email with your tracking details will be sent once your order has processed, and shipped, to the email address provided at checkout. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the carrier service for more information. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order, so please contact us after the estimated delivery time frame.
USPS International Service- This service takes 1-3 weeks (post-office has 90 days to deliver order before it will be considered lost, destroyed, or refused by country). To monitor this, there are tracking numbers available for this service. It is your responsibility to be aware of the specific import restrictions for your country. If your package is refused or destroyed due to customs rules, Rekonect Inc. will not be able to refund your order or offer a replacement at no charge, unless the items are sent back to our location in Newport Beach, CA.
Please note, certain countries may experience slow-shipping times of 4-8 weeks. These include; Mexico, Brazil, South Africa, Russia, and Dubai.
USPS Domestic service- All domestic orders are delivered within 1-3 business days after the package has been shipped.
**These shipping times do not include our standard processing times of 5-7 Business Days. Please account for this additional time whilst selecting your shipping method. Please note all shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable once the package has shipped
We too are frustrated with shipping prices and have done our best to keep costs down for our international customers. We have a small company located in Newport Beach, CA and each parcel is shipped directly from the U.S. We do not have fulfillment centers in Europe at this time. International packages coming from the U.S. will have an increased shipping price due to liability. These prices are decided by the specific mail carrier, not Rekonect inc. We have found that the shipping method our team has selected will significantly increase the guarantee of the package being delivered without the risk of customs delays and lost/misplaced items.
If you wish to change your order details, i.e. remove/add products to your cart or change your address, please contact info@rekonect.com as soon as possible. Since we process orders as quickly as possible to expedite shipping times, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to adjust your order details before your order begins processing.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters their shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small opportunity to cancel/change your order and shipping details. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at info@rekonect.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to, as there are varying time limits to which we are able to do so.
